About Us

We are an award winning modern bakery based in two locations:

Prospect Court in Omagh town centre and Belmore Street Enniskillen.

We specialise in a range of different bakes including brownies, blondies cookies and traybakes.

We make everything ourselves, from scratch and in small batches which replicates the type of baking you would do at home.  Scratch baking takes time - there are no short cuts in our kitchen! :D
